About the Association
In September 2007, the City of West Chicago advised homeowners of the requirement to form the Homeowners Association.
The Articles of Incorporation for the Prairie Meadows of West Chicago Homeowners Association were accepted by the State of Illinois on June 26, 2008.
On December 9, 2008 the first meeting of the Homeowners Association was held and the first Board of Directors was elected.
